HOLIDAYS and DAY TRIPS

All our trips are very well attended and open to members and the general public. Its a fun way to see and do things with a friendly group of people for both couples and singles.

STRETCH & MOVE

Its very important to keep moving and doing light exercise to minimise the risk of falls and ill-health. Why not come along and try our gentle (usually sitting down) Stretch & Move class?
